The Foundation phase is the building block for the entire program. The success of each phase to follow is dependent upon the diligent completion of Foundation.

Expectations for Foundation are:

  • Improved insulin sensitivity
  • Properly functioning endocrine system
  • Fat Loss
  • Developed skill set of exercise technique

You have now reached a level of proficiency in both diet and exercise. You have gained control over your insulin resistance, or better said, you have a higher level of insulin sensitivity. The Integrate phase will focus its concentration on training intensity and eating to optimize your metabolism.

Expectations for Integrate are:

  • Increase in the critical hormones T3 and T4
  • Fat burning 24/7
  • Increase in lean muscle
  • Improved muscle tone

Throughout phase 1 and 2 body fat has been lowered and hormones have been optimized. In Hyperdrive we will increase growth hormone and decrease cortisol by inserting Lactic Acid training into our regimen. The Hyperdrive phase will focus on producing a tremendous amount of lactic acid, which will force the production of high levels of GH.

Expectations for Hyperdrive are:

  • Increased Growth Hormone
  • Decreased Cortisol
  • Harder Muscles (Bigger if desired for men, More toned for women)
  • Lower Body Fat

The fourth and final phase of the program. Sculpt is the fine tuning phase of the program. All of the elements learned during the first three phases will be combined. The training regimen during Sculpt will include fat loss training, intensity based training, muscle building, and strength training.
