NYPT – JUMPSTART
Are you ready to feel healthier, stronger, and more energized than ever before? – Take the JUMPSTART 4 WEEK CHALLENGE. Choose your level of commitment – 2, 3, or 4 sessions per week for FOUR CONSECUTIVE WEEKS. During this initial month your body will acclimate to the NYPT training and nutrition system.
At the completion of your 30 day JUMPSTART training your transformation will be in full swing. You will be Sleeping Better, Performing Better, Focusing Better, and you will have a Positive Self-Image.
Upon completion of the JUMPSTART program, you will be rewarded with a 10% discount* on any of the NYPT 12 or 16 week training programs.
All training packages include personal training, nutrition prescription, meal planning, monthly body composition assessment, and unlimited use of the NYPT cardiovascular equipment.
*To receive discount you must complete all of your JUMPSTART sessions within 4 weeks.
