“Flexibility, facilities. NYPT is my first experience with a personal trainer and I love it.

I have had 6 weeks of training it has made such a difference. They also mapped out a nutritional plan for me, now I look and feel so much better. I have lost weight and inches and have had fun doing it. One of the great things about NYPT is that you don’t pay for personal training sessions on top of a gym membership like you would somewhere else. Also they are extremely flexible, for example I wanted to come in consistently, 3x a week but couldn’t afford one -hour sessions at that level of frequency but they offer 1/2 hour high-intensity sessions and that has worked out wonderfully. The facilities are also nice and it’s never crowded like other membership gyms.
