Jamie Groner brings 21 years of combined boxing and personal training experience to NYPT.
Jamie’s boxing inspired workouts develop hand-eye coordination, increase speed and agility, and improve cardio and endurance. In addition to boxing, Jamie uses functional training, resistance exercises, and athletic movements to affect positive change in your strength and core fitness.
You will achieve your fitness goals as a result of Jamie’s well-prepared and high-energy fitness training sessions. A strong believer in the domino effect of positive thinking and action, Jamie teaches his clients that when they positively change their health and physical fitness, they will clear space to move forward in all areas of their lives.
